Student IT Staff for Projects in Hybrid Intelligence in Corporate Settings

The Center for Hybrid Intelligence is an interdisciplinary team of researchers and practitioners from physics, computer science, human-computer interaction, management, economics, psychology, cognitive science, art history, and creativity studies exploring digital interfaces that facilitate collaboration between humans and AI algorithms. We are located at the Department of Management at Aarhus BSS (Aarhus University). We are searching for student IT staff to work on our projects focused on ‘Hybrid Intelligence in corporate settings, with the following tasks:

Project Management:

  • Manage our current research projects on Hybrid Intelligence in public and private settings (collaboration with Danish SME´s)
  • Prepare and hold weekly update meetings with our corporate partners
  • Keep track of goals, tasks and resources
  • Work actively on these projects (literature research, writing paper drafts, business process analysis, user interview studies, data science, etc.)

Applicants must:

  • Have experience in project management (e.g., SCRUM) and project management tools (e.g., basecamp, JIRA)
  • Have experience with business development
    • You know how to create a business plan
    • You have strong communication and presentation skills (ready for doing business pitches)
  • Have a strong technical background and good understanding of the principles in AI, ML, BI and Python
  • Be fluent in English (the job is 100% in English)
  • Preferably have already experience with AI development in Git and Python

Practical Information

The position is for 2-years with average weekly working hours being approximately 14 hours per week. Commencement is on 1st October 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter.
