The Department of Agroecology at Aarhus University, Denmark, is offering a technical- and administrative parttime position.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive assistant to support stakeholder engagement and co-development activities for an international research project,
PERA (
https://projects.au.dk/sess/projects/pera-efsa). The project aims to develop a knowledge exchange platform for advancing Environmental Risk Assessment for pesticides. The role as Stakeholder Engagement Assistant is essential in helping coordinate interviews, workshops, and meetings, as well as in identifying and mapping key stakeholders to ensure inclusive and representative participation.
The position is for 7 hours per week and will be available from the 1st November 2025 - 12th April 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, categorizing, and mapping stakeholders relevant for advancing ERA, in collaboration with the project team and EFSA.
- Support the scheduling and coordination of semi-structured interviews with a variety of stakeholders.
- Help organize and manage logistics for in-person stakeholder workshops, as well as assist in planning online meetings / webinars.
- Prepare materials and documentation for engagement activities, including interview guides and workshop resources.
- Track and document stakeholder feedback and engagement outcomes.
- Support alignment of engagement activities with related EU-level projects and initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and project partners to ensure smooth coordination.
Your profile
We are searching for a highly motivated candidate who has
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder mapping, engagement, and event coordination
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, international research environment.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of environmental risk assessment and regulatory contexts is an asset.
